WP Mage Software Update February 2011

Greg Jacobs announced today that latest software version of WP MAGE – CP MAGE 1.7.1 has been released. The updated installer now uses WordPress 3.0.5.

Greg’s ingenious programmer, Hodge, indicated that he’ll not look into integrating WP3.1 until 3.1.2 is released, so you’ll want to hold off on the WordPress 3.1 updates until Hodge works his magic.

So if you are already a Master Mage, then by all means, log into your account and download these powerful updates soon. If you haven’t had the opportunity to buy WPMage yet, then click to visit WP Mage to get started with your free Mage Blueprint.

Other important additions, features, and fixes include Product Caching for Affiliate Mage, which means that when they are activated, the products from affiliate sources will be cached for however many hours you’ve specified. This significantly improves your site’s performance, and reduces page load times.

Content Mage now has a “Kill Translator” toggle, which can be used to disable translation site-wide, if the translator is causing site load issues. Finally, it’s now possible to install domains with the same name, but different TLD (Top Level Domain) extension. For example, you can install mydomain.com, mydomain.net, mydomain.info, etc. within the same CPMage installation.

Some of the WP Mage 1.7.1 software updates include:

  • WPMage standalone
  • Fix: installer adding a second “http://” in database for home/siteurl values
  • CPMage 1.7.1
  • Fix: “All fields are required” error message during install, if Dedicated IP field was empty
  • Feature: Same domains name with different TLD supported – i.e. it is now possible to build sites in CPMage on domain.com, domain.net, domain.info etc.
  • Feature: WordPress updated to v3.0.5 to keep up with WP’s security update
  • Feature: Bundled plugins updated to latest versions
  • AMx 1.5.0
  • Feature: Product Caching. Caching can now be enabled to allow for much faster page load times. By default, caching is turned off. Caching can be controlled from the AMx Options page. This option has also been built into the WPMage installer.
  • CM 1.6.1
  • Fix: Error message no longer displayed when no content from Flickr
  • Feature: “Kill Translator” option.
  • Fix: source references corrected
  • PM 1.5.1
  • Fix: “NaN” error preventing Post Generator from continuing when an error is sent from the server.

These are more of the questions I’d received regarding the purchase of WP Mage. As a matter of fact, they are some of the very questions I’d asked myself when I was first considering buying the WP Mage software system. So, yes, I do feel these are very valid questions. Let’s review them:

Q: “Is WPMage worth buying?

A: When I first learned about WordPress Mage, like many of you, I had many concerns about its’ capabilities, especially at this price point. If Greg Jacobs hadn’t offered a free 30 trial, I would not have purchased WP Mage. But, if price were no object and I was looking at functionality alone, the answer is YES, ABSOLUTELY, WPMage IS worth buying.

Q: “Don’t you think the price of WP Mage is too high?”

A: I did at first, but as you can see, even with my limited internet marketing experience, I’ve made SIGNIFICANT PROFITS to date because of WPMage. I’m so happy that I did decide to buy WP Mage! Don’t forget, you have 30 days after purchase to decide whether or not WPMage is right for you. It was right for me.

Q: “Why should I buy WordPress Mage?”

A: I am, more and more, learning to love the raw power and flexibility that WordPress Mage provides. The possibilities are endless. So my reasons are many, but you will have to make an educated decision of your own.  I hope this WP Mage Review blog will help you decide whether or not to buy WPMage.

Q: “Is WP Mage available to buy now?”

A:  I do know that Greg limits full WPMage memberships. I believe this is to prevent market saturation. It does open up from time to time on a limited basis, but you will need to be on the “opt in” list which appears to be a 1st come – 1st served basis. The sooner you opt in, the sooner you’ll be notified of an opening to buy the full WP Mage software system.

To opt in and get on the list, Click here to visit the WordPress Mage site now if at all possible. You’ll also get the Mage Blueprint and 7 training videos FREE no cost, no obligation!

Good Luck!

You can now join Adept Mage Free for 60 days and access many of the WordPress Mage tools that are actually components of the full CPMage automated system.

Click here to visit the WordPress Mage site

The Affiliate Mage plug-in can be downloaded and utilized immediately. A license key would not be required to use it. This plug-in itself definitely has some value because you can use it as often as you wish, even if you were to cancel your free Adept Mage Membership before spending one red cent.

As far as the overall WordPress Mage package goes, I find that as I dig through the system, it appears that there are more pros than cons to the Master Mage system. Here are just some of the observations I’ve made to date:

The cons

1) The WordPress Mage full Master Mage automated package is expensive, but as they say, you get what you pay for. This system is EXTREMELY powerful AND flexible.

2) Translating text through multiple languages seems to be the only way to quickly and automatically generate unique content, leaving the results looking less than professional. Greg Jacobs indicated that the primary purpose is to provide unique content for search engines and you can actually tweak your text as needed. Maybe someone can help improve this feature.

3) If someone wanted to sell their WordPress Mage websites which utilize a CPMage, I don’t believe the license key is transferable so all content created with the software would need to be removed first. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

The pros

1) Unlimited use. Build as many sites as you’d like! No added costs (yet anyway).

2) Lifetime license and access to all current WPMage tools, forums, etc.

3) The flexibility to customize the templates allowing a higher likelihood of original looking blogs instead of a ‘cookie cutter’ site.

4) Free software updates. There has already been at least one which included some improvements.

I hope you feel that this WP Mage review helps you decide which direction to go with WordPress Mage.
